send ANY info you have on mr FCW, be it his personal details, interesting events that happened, pictures, videos , etc.
Most favoured would be those interesting events (e.g. fong being super cute , fong mispronouncing a word.. etc) and pictures/videos.
if you have a video, just upload to youtube/dailymotion/anyvideosite and send the link!
for pictures you can either send directly or upload onto photobucket or other image hosts and send link.
